Cherry jam recipe with almonds:

Ingredients:

1 kg of cherries (frozen or fresh, pitted)
200 g of almonds (fried and crushed)
500 g of sugar (the amount can be adjusted depending on sweetness preferences)
Juice and zest of one lemon

Instructions:

Wash the cherries, remove the pits.

Preparation of almonds:

Fry the almonds in a dry frying pan over medium heat until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Cool and chop the almonds.

After complete cooling, the jam is ready for use.
